Sometimes life can be very demanding. If you would like some help concerning the issues you are struggling with, therapy may be useful.

Therapy can help you dealing with issues related to relationships, work, changes, stress, illness and loss. To optimise your process, I will give you questions and assignments to complete in between sessions. If it would be impossible for you to meet in person or you would like some additional guidance, use of telephone or e-mail is a possibility.
